CNC Routing: Precision 3 axis CNC Routing allows PMR leaders in thermal insulation solutions and precision routing to manufacture shapes varying from simple cylinders to complex 3D forms. Our specialist knowledge enables us to produce shapes from a range of insulation materials that were previously unattainable.

Coating: Coatings can be applied to increase edge stability, improve handling and reduced surface dusting of products.

Simple Shaping: To complement our machining facility, PMR leaders in thermal insulation solutions and precision routing also carries out conventional shaping and manipulation of High Temperature Insulation.

Design: We use the latest 3D CAD software SolidWorks and CamWorks. Customers can make use of our design service or provide us with sketches / drawings on paper or supply your own CAD files, 2D or 3D, in any common industry formats.
