Calcium Silicate comes in a variety of densities. Low density materials make cost effective insulations up to the high density materials that are mechanically very strong. Most calcium silicates can be machined into complex shapes.

Superwool board are of a fibrous light weight nature and offer a good cost effective alternative to light weight calcium silicate. Supperwool also is mechanically strong.

Adhesive is a good Sodium silicate based high temperature adhesive suitable for a wide range of applications.
